The College of Strategic Planning and Information is designed to provide the brotherhood with long-term strategic planning using a strategic prevention or other suitable frameworks consisting of assessment, capacity building, planning, implementation, evaluation, so as to build sustainability and cultural competence within our chapters, the district, and throughout Alpha.

CSP 100: Strategic Planning using SPF: This course is designed to use a popular strategic planning framework for assessment, capacity, planning, implementation, evaluation, sustainability, and cultural competence in fraternal affairs.
